3. Faculty Development and Training
   The IQAC actively encourages faculty participation in Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) and other professional learning initiatives. These programs enhance teaching methodologies and introduce innovative educational strategies, particularly those that benefit women.
4. Monitoring of Evaluation Processes
